I have cancelled my membership. How do I get a confirmation?
Upon the cancellation of membership, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that was used to set up the account. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please follow up with a support representative to prevent further billing.

My membership was cancelled, but I'm still being charged. What do I do?
Following membership cancellation, and receiving a confirmation email, no further charges should be accrued. If an error has occurred, please contact a live representative immediately to resolve the issue, 1-888-778-0461.
Where can I see the Cancellation Policy?
You are allowed to cancel your membership at any time. You will retain access to your account for the remainder of your term after you cancel. No additional billing will be received after your account has been cancelled.
Where can I see the refund policy?
There are different qualifications for refund eligibility:
i) If you have experienced technical difficulties, been the victim of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing mistake has arised, you qualify for a refund.
ii) If you have not received the experience you anticipated from our website, you might be eligible for a refund.
